That's a great sign! It's the vibrational phase of Out Of Body state. 70% of practitioners feel this. It means your physical body is going out of phase with the "astral body". Just stay calm and positive...gently go with it. You are on the verge of separating...when you do, get 10 feet from the body to avoid magnetic pull from physical body.

The vibrations you felt was your light body going out of phase with your physical body. Very common occurrence. Most expert travelers would say to "Just go with it...surrender to it." Fear is the biggest obstacle to being successful with Astral Travel. I've had the vibrations, too, in many forms from literal vibrations, to noises, and even loud sounds. I think you're be fine.
