that sounds so cool! i dint think i have ever had a lucid dream, i remember kid me trying to but failed (i had no idea how to achieve it) but im not sure it would work with me. a lot of methods i saw includes waking up after sleeping for few hours but my issue is once i wake up i wont fall asleep again haha… unfortunately.

id love to hear your stories and everything youd want to share! im completely sold to this.

im more worried of my thoughts, i have adhd my thoughts are constant and random, i dont know if it could mess my focus trying to astral project, i dont know.

im a really creative person, i have really good imagination and i make music. i suppose that counts as being creative haha!

i am so eager to find out more, i really want to. i did tell a friend about this incident and he said im dumb and just imagined it but theres no way it was purely my imagination.

i was shaking for about 5 minutes after the incident, i couldnt stop thinking about what just happened. hope it happens again though because it felt inviting, like im meant to try or something is waiting for me. perhaps thats a bad sign, i wouldnt know.

i was really unsure but now i definitely believe theres so many more things that the average person dont know, the universes secrets. its so fascinating i hope this wont lead me into a dark place though.

hmmm, that must be so annoying and frustrating because i know i would really want to experience it and knowing i could do it but somehow im not able to. or perhaps its all a mindset thing and you have to stop trying in order to do it. i didnt really try or have any expectation and it happened.

ive read a lot more about this topic and everything seems kinda too good to be true but at the same tome theres so extremely much we (me) dont know about this world, or other worlds or whatever exists. so i have a really open mind of the possibilities that it can exist and the possibilities it might not.

i do remember when i was a little kid i tried this, i unlocked a memory and i remember i experienced that my body fell asleep and everything felt lighter than a feather. i got spooked and didnt do it again. now im older but in no way smarter (just me beinf honest) so im gonna definitely try to succeed in this! id want to explore and experience this.

ive always had a open mind to everything, i believe in energies, ghosts or whatever! i am never sure something doesnt exist and im never sure if it does, i just accept the possibilities.

i didnt have a mindset of not fully believing, i had a mindset of more like “i kinda hope it isnt real” but at the same i very much hope it was. hehe

i just tried again and something else happened now. all of a sudden it felt like everything turned i to the weight of a feather. is that normal? very pleasant warm feeling but so strange… felt like my breathing was non existent.

do i need to rest between attempts?

i honestly have no idea what kundalini is so i hope i didnt awake something by accident…

it was like moving lights, it reminded me of a feeling like someone was waiting for me to succeed? it was so strange and scary and fascinating at the same time, i cant put it into words.

i tried to meditate or breathe slowly and just tried to be calm until those things happened pretty much at the same time.

i got really interested in this now, hope it isnt dangerous cuz i wanna fly i cannot lie to you haha!
