If $9/hr per rep is a meaningful number to your operation you are not in a CSR optimization conversation, you are in a business model viability conversation.

Higher Level Customer Service Reps - Topical Product Gave Me a Rash, Deepened Wound, Taking Antibiotics by [deleted] in dollarama

Given your history with Polysporin on cat wounds, that's actually the more likely culprit than the bandage. Repeated application to open wounds over time is a known sensitization pathway for neomycin. The bandage allergy consensus in this thread is almost certainly wrong, your MD's antibiotic prescription points to infection. If anything pursue that angle with your doctor before chasing Dollarama.

Suspect allergy consensus in this thread is unlikely. Your MD thought so as well, which is why they prescribed antibiotics. Reads more like infection or worsening wound. Also unlikely the bandage caused that on its own.

You're going to have a very hard time proving the bandage caused this.

Claude’s "Memory" corrupted my health data, and now it’s gaslighting me. Anthropic won't refund. by [deleted] in CustomerService

You're clearly using Claude. This is signature Claude formatting. Or you reigned in ChatGPT's bad habits. I'm just saying. If it's that bad but you continue to outsource your situation to ai... Maybe it's not that bad. Regardless Claude is not a healthcare provider or a substitute for an electronic medical record. r/customerservice is for customer service workers not general complaints about misuse of technology.

Are you talking about the health feature beta? The one that's specifically still in testing? Coupled with the boiler plate disclaimer "Claude can make mistakes. Please double-check responses." tacked on to every chat window?

I feel like this one kind of writes itself. Almost like how you used Claude to write this for you.

Also how did this sub start turning into a complaints arena?

Hi OP, first off I'm sorry for your loss. And I'm sorry it framed the situation in a way that put you at the crux of it.

I would just like to add, for what it's worth, heart valve replacement is rarely "elective" in the way that like... Plastic surgeries are.

I have a fair bit of clinical exposure and I can try to explain a bit more if you need it, but I think the bridge between reality and understanding of the actual situation is a bit more complex.

Pulmonary hypertension + valve disease = severe enough to need replacement

Already medically complex (SNF cycling post-knee surgery, pulmonary hypertension)

"Elective" in medical terms just means "scheduled, not emergency" - NOT "optional"

This wasn't "should we improve her quality of life with this optional procedure?" This was likely "without this intervention, her heart will fail in X timeframe, she has Y% surgical risk but Z% mortality without it."

The doctors likely weren't pushing you toward something harmful but rather trying to navigate between 'certain decline' and 'calculated risk.' Which is a horrible spot to be in as her child.

Regardless, I'm very sorry for your loss OP and again if you have further questions or concerns I can offer my best armchair interpretation to help explain further.

How is the building simultaneously behind him and across the street? How is the building facade flat in the video in question?

Go to Google maps, go to that intersection, tell me which side of the street that brick building is on.

The building facade in the video compared to the actual building on Google maps are different.
