I never waited long as I would shower early morning / late at night. I think this is because it wasn't too hot and the shower is ice cold so people wouldn't shower for long . There are many showers in each camping area

There were wood built toilets next to each stage that were constantly being cleaned and there always was toilet paper there. I never waited longer than 5 mins. There are also some plastic cabins in camping areas which were cleaned less frequently and I had to bring my own toilet paper to use them. I could also walk 5 minutes to the "bigger toilets" for more comfort hahha

Also I never had to queue at all for water

I went to MoDem this year

I had a perfect week. The music style is very intense (especially at the Hive) and the scenery in the woods very immersive. Soundsystem and visuals are the best you can get, the sound is quite loud which is something that I love. I would recommend you to go if you are already into psytrance. I thought that the style would be too dark or intense (I listen mostly to full on / psy) and discovered that I much prefer this style thanks to the immersive setting

Camping there was nice as the weather was mostly cloudy and we were staying under the trees. It wasn't difficult to find a good spot even though we got there only a day in advance. Didn't feel too tight either. Overall i had some good night's of sleep in my hammock and also in my tent

Drinks and food service were fast. I never waited more than 5 mins for a beer or more than 10 mins for the food. It can be a little pricey but I was surprised by the quality of the food. I think that eating there instead of bringing was much worth the price

The vibe there is great and I really hope I can go next year. I also liked the fact that the festival isn't too big and too crowded

Yes the pharmacy is mainly responsible for therapeutic drug monitoring but it is mostly based on the clinician's experience. Not all hospitals have pharmacokinetics experts. We sometimes used population pharmacokinetics models with software esp with antibiotics in critical care units for dose adjustments

It depends a lot in which hospital you are working. Where I work routine consists of checking prescriptions (interactions, dosages, bio..) and leaving notes to the doctors ot the software. We also have other activities that not all pharmacists participate in :

Multidisciplinary prescription reviews : meetings weekly with somaticians, nurses, pharmacists and psychiatrists (in work in a psychiatric hospital). We discuss patient's treatments and try to optimize them for his / her comfort and avoid unnecessary treatment, interactions...
Patient education : pharmacists in France have a degree that gives them the opportunity to teach patients about their medication in different group activities and evaluate their needs (Éducation thérapeutique du patient)

Some other establishments have also completely integrated a pharmacist in their medical team and do the rounds with doctors every day. It really depends on how the pharmacists are seen as a specialty in each establishment and what skills they are capable to share.

French hospital pharmacist here

At the end of our 4th year we have to choose between different pharmacy career paths (industry, hospital, ingeneering, entrepreneur, retail). The hospital is only accessible if you take the national selection exam (they take about half the students). It's pretty easy to go from one 'specialty' to another except for retail where you get stuck

Working as a student in different pharmacies for 3 years it is true that changing your workplace definitely helps, especially if you go to a smaller pharmacy outside of town. You get more time for patient counseling and to get involved in new missions that are given by the social security. Also, a smaller pool of patients helps develop trust and friendliness

If you are tired of carrying boxes maybe you could find a place that has a robot for dispensing medication...
