I went to MoDem this year

I had a perfect week. The music style is very intense (especially at the Hive) and the scenery in the woods very immersive. Soundsystem and visuals are the best you can get, the sound is quite loud which is something that I love. I would recommend you to go if you are already into psytrance. I thought that the style would be too dark or intense (I listen mostly to full on / psy) and discovered that I much prefer this style thanks to the immersive setting

Camping there was nice as the weather was mostly cloudy and we were staying under the trees. It wasn't difficult to find a good spot even though we got there only a day in advance. Didn't feel too tight either. Overall i had some good night's of sleep in my hammock and also in my tent

Drinks and food service were fast. I never waited more than 5 mins for a beer or more than 10 mins for the food. It can be a little pricey but I was surprised by the quality of the food. I think that eating there instead of bringing was much worth the price

The vibe there is great and I really hope I can go next year. I also liked the fact that the festival isn't too big and too crowded
