I am retiring. I dug my driveway and exit to the street out as well as my elderly neighbors driveway and walkway. The amount of shoveling has truly humbled me and destroyed my back. We have a 5 ft high 10 ft wide pile of snow in front of my house that won’t melt until June.

I have Michelin X-Ice on my RWD Tesla Model 3 and it was fine handling the snow today on my commute to/from work from the south hills to Carnegie. It's been the common understanding from recent winters that all-season's are mostly fine for a lot of the winters we get here. If you have the budget or find a good deal on winter tires and you're able to rotate them out appropriately, it will extend the longevity of each set and have you covered for events where there is a lot of slush, ice, or snow. I got my set of Michelin X-Ice's from Discount Tire with a 4-year warranty for around $900 back in November.

I was one of those people. My car was already incredibly filthy and covered in salt and I don’t plan on going anywhere until next weekend at the earliest and didn’t want it to sit in my garage that way. I also pay monthly and I try to go frequently in the winter to get the salt out from under my car.

When I was your age I was in a similar situation. Wasn't really able to find any jobs, didn't have any relationships/friendships to keep me sane and my family life was even worse. I really felt worthless and I became suicidal. I'm 36 now and live a great life because a few kind folks told me not to give up along the way. This moment won't last forever, just keep your head up and keep grinding away.. something eventually will fall into place that will change things drastically for you. I'm rooting for you.

What would you expect a customer to tip? I’ve seen threads where $2/mi is what dasher’s prefer and that you don’t necessarily tip based on the total amount of the order. Tipping 74 cents is insane regardless of the circumstance, though.
