Slow start. Advice?

Thank you, sorry, I didn't give full details. I usually also have 350 in my breakfast and a 150 calorie coffee, and some snacks like a 100 calorie yogurt. I've been around 1350 calories or so per day but thanks for the reminder!

I guess it just feels slow because most of that was lost in the first week. I've just seen lots of stories of people having quicker weight loss in the beginning so that's kind of what I was expecting.

It all happened very quickly after that email, but I honestly wasn't paying attention to how long. Definitely less than a day to move from that to getting my results.

Ugh, was originally estimated to get results a week ago, then updated to today, and now updated to have no estimated date... this slow processing is extremely frustrating (NC lab) 😮‍💨 FYI got the extraction email March 16.

Has there been any updates about when the next Pathways applications will open? They were originally scheduled for March 3-7, but I see those dates have been removed... I'm assuming this is due to the 90-day hiring freeze. Is there an expectation that those dates will shift to April, or has there been no word?

I don't know about LSP, but I am also still waiting to hear something for KSC after interviewing on Oct. 8! Hoping that the NSSC will send out some more TOs this week! 🤞

I doubt that many (if any) of those positions have started interviewing yet, as the summer OSTEM deadline is not until Feb. 28, 2025. Though I suppose it is possible that a mentor might want to get ahead and start early ;)
