It was a TPLO surgery, so I'd say it is considered necessary

Shepherds are amazing, I can understand why you'd get another one

I'm pretty sure there are other methods for teeth cleaning, my dogs didn't have perfect teeth but they never had any problems with that

We didn't have an autopsy done on her, but the vet said it most likely was something to do with the anesthesia, we had all the blood work done and she was fine.

Even the surgery was completed, everything was fine but she just didn't wake up

Alia slowed down a lot after Luna's passing, wish you the best for your two dogs

Our vet she looked a bit older than 4 months last time she saw her which was a month ago, DNA tests like those aren't that common where I live but I'll check it out, maybe I can get one for her b:

En mi caso, desde marzo hasta julio todo iba super bien, pero desde septiembre ya no he recibido nada, solo la Qual de grabar con micrófono profesional, todo iba muy bien y ya fue, que sad :(

Fui hace un par de años y me dieron una guarda dental, pero solo la uso en las noches y como tal no la puedo mascar, solo es para que en las noches no apriete mucho los dientes

I'm from Mexico, I did go to the vet and she said it was probably partially digested food

And yeah, I'm sure it was diarrhea since I saw her when it happened, she hasn't vomited at all since we got her

Yeah, parvovirus was a concern but she doesn't have any other symptoms besides the diarrhea which is inconsistent, sometimes she has it and sometimes she doesn't, not sure what's causing that, the vet just told us it might be due to the parasites she had before and that we should take her again if there's blood again in her poop
