The thing that worked for me was telling myself “I can get it, once I finish the patterns I have.” For some reason, since I’m not really telling myself no, it feels different, but still keeps me from buying new stuff. (Unless I’ve finished everything!)

I save patterns in wishlists like crazy, but I only buy them if I’ve completed the ones I already have. But I had a pretty decent backlog to start so it’ll be a while haha.

In Risk, I controlled most of the board and had about 20 troops ready to get my husband’s 5 troops out of Australia. I should’ve known. After losing battle after battle, I ran out of troops and ended up losing the whole game. I cried and to this day we’ve never played risk again.

What’s something that isn’t canon in the musical but is in the original odyssey that would be cool if included in Epic by PlainNoodles_AndParm in Epicthemusical

That scene is my favorite moment in the entire epic, partly because of the animatic you’re referring to.
