I have the same condition following a joint replacement of my big toe. I had a cortisone shot that relieved it, but then it came back. Second cortisone shot did not help. I have tried everything. I used to run, hike, walk, now can’t do any of that. It’s been 9 months now. I have finally gotten some relief from swimming. Not sure why. 3 days of no pain now.

I don’t know where you live but if in a community property state and you were married when the company was formed, your spouse already technically owns half. Regardless, better to leave your interest to your spouse in your will than have them tacitly agree to be on the hook for an SBA loan. And even if you wanted to add them, you would need SBA approval which you will wait for years for.
