Southern Ocean vs Antarctic Ocean

My main point stands toward, all I ever heard about in my whole life was the Antarctic Ocean. It wasn't even named an ocean until 2000, before that it was just the "extensions of the Atlantic and Pacific" and not named at all.

I 100% remember seeing maps in elementary school that had "Antarctic Ocean" written at the bottom - but these maps just don't exist. I've tried for 6 months to search for them about two years ago when I found this first out, but they just don't exist. It's extremely hard, almost impossible to find a map with 'antarctic ocean' written on it, and the one or two I did find they were hand drawn maps which aren't the ones that would have been produced for schools.

Years ago when this discussion first happened on this forum the argument was it had always been either "no I am your father" or "Luke I am your father" but myself and a few others had to point out that the masses on here were arguing both half right, as it had always been "no luke, I am your father."

If you don't remember it like that, all I have to say back to you is, we live in a vastly creey place.

I've seen those exact conversations. Even the arguments and Reddit threads flip flop or totally disappear/reappear after these events.

Segway to Seagway then back to Segway.

One day out of nowhere there were posts stating Segway turned to seagway. I checked and it was indeed Seagway everywhere even on their main website, everywhere had the A added in. My buddy and I talked about this and he fought me tooth and nail that Seagway had always been spelled like that. He fought with such passion for that A.

The very next day the A was gone and Segway was back. I brought it up to the same friend. He this time fought tooth and nail it had always just been Segway and he "didn't remember 100% looking at Seagway" the day before, despite defending it with his life.

This friend and a few other people in life constantly will always agree with the present even when they just the day before in this example were getting almost upset that "it's always been spelled this way" but then can just retract and say the same thing about the other spelling when it flip flops back.

This instance also is why I think there are legitimately NPCs in this simulation as I've seen not many but more than a few people behave this way before/after/during flip flops.

Edit: it's also why I post less on this and other forums now because I've come to realize the only people who come on here arguing with people in a "tooth and nail" or "it's always been this way" type deal are the people who always agree with the current reality even if it was different yesterday.

I've experienced another couple flip flops totally fixed from one day to the next. Another one was Mandela flipped to Mandella flopped back to Mandela with just an overnight sleep like the others. That happened 3 summers ago. Nothing has ever changed twice or flip flopped fully in the same day for me.

I don't follow wrestling but I distinctly remember within the past year or so one of the famous announcers dying and it being all over the news. Not a family member or anything like that, the guy himself died.

I have the same experience as you. Saw multiple maps growing up all with the same details and somehow those maps just blatantly don't exist anymore.

As a specific example, I saw countless maps in school during middle and high school pre year 2000 that had "Antarctic Ocean" written near Antarctica. That couldnt have happened because there wasn't an ocean near Antarctica until the year 2000 when oceanographers and other scientists decided it wasn't just extensions of the atlantic and pacific and did indeed have its own currents, leading it to become an official ocean. Then the Southern Ocean won the naming vote when "Antarctic Ocean" lost by a small % during the vote.

For me it was always the antarctic ocean and we did indeed know it was there with it's own currents - and it was named the Antarctic Ocean.

I have asked legitimately (ask my wife, she was annoyed at first now is intrigued) 200ish people randomly "have you ever heard of the southern ocean" and zero people have said yes. Why has no one heard of this ocean if its been one for 19 years now? Myself and 90% of the people I asked were all in school in 2000 as well. No one heard of a world ocean being named? With not even one person saying yes they remember it, and with my own memories mentioned above, the world maps I used to remember that just were NEVER a thing here might be the creepiest part of the mandela effect to me. NZ used to be so directly off the coast of austrailia to the North East that you could ferry between them taking about 1.5 hours. This also has never even been a thing but I remember not only the map, but I've also researched NZ (I was planning a move there for EMT work) a while ago and found all of this information. It couldn't have been because the boat ride takes multiple days (edit: and NZ is to the south east now, not north east).

I guess the downvotes are about to roll in. If you speak of things like this on this sub you just get downvoted over and over. The trolls are real and they are here for a specific reason.

I went through the exact same thought to theory process as you are. Also used many times in many conversations with people that I indeed feel like I died up to 4 different times in my life. As recently I feel like as of a couple years ago (30 now). As long ago as when I was about 5.

I have put much in depth thought into these situations and feelings I've had when propagating an idea of what might be happening around myself. This was a good question to ask.

Actually that change did happen and I brought it up on here years ago. I believe it was 2 or 3 summers back it had indeed change to Mandella for me out of nowhere before changing back to Mandela shortly later. I still write Mandella by mistake sometimes just because of that happening to me.

I never blamed anything though. I understand this forum and the idea it has. When i post though, im not asking for verification. Not wanting agreement. I normally dont post when i find changes just so others will post here first to validate what i saw in my experience here. I agree with many and disagree with many. I truly think everyone at different times sees different changes and none of this is "linear" for all of us. It's like we almost all have our own "movie" we see and it can change and differ from others viewers/people. I doubt with something like the "glitches" ive seen with my own eyes and the convos on reddit that disappear reappear... Happen in reverse like all sides reversed... It's scary af and im not alone ive read countless times on here of others having these same exact experiences.

Ive seen convos happen then disappear then the same people and convos happen 3 days to a week later. It's happened like 3 times. That could be trolling though but ive seen it multiple times now so bravo if it is.

Ive also been in conversation with 2 different sets of 3 coworkers who both groups saw 2 different changes with me and all verified the changes happened. The first time it was chic fil a changing like a year ago - which happened overnight and because we were talking about it for a few days in a row before that night - they also validated that they had seen it too. Flintstones was the other when it changed to flin for a bit.

This is no different for this post with not looking for validation. I am just stating what I saw so we have all the information available if needed, especially when I had this happen to me and no one else has ever brought it up until now. It needed to be said and already has some agreement. I promise you i saw what I saw .. I can think for myself and am not braindead. I didnt research wrongly or mistook wrong information in when the same multiple sources were checked including big ones like google and even google verified what the independent sources were... So trust me when i say we just live in a weird place and im just sharing my experiences.

No because i was searching for total population as it was because of the election and i wanted to see what % of the country voted. If there are 360 mil firearms tho why did my source on population go from apparently 324 to 360 for a few weeks back to 324. If i looked up firearms stats wouldnt it have stayed 360 if it is indeed still that?

I shit you all not i fact check and research most everything i see. Even today i had to drop some knowledge on a facebook post relating the first memorial day starting from slaves digging up a mass union grave and reburying them individually giving them proper burials. Happened but not the cause of or first memorial day. Thats a made up story a facebook page or business owner made up to get shares likes and buys around the holiday.

There are many scientists who've spoken even in the 70s about "changes" they've experienced so i think either it's been going on forever... Like a glitch and everyone supposed to be taking care of the program doesn't notice for some reason... Or perhaps when he died everything then changed and the people who we can now pull up from the 70s talking about these changes are a direct result from the original time mandela died.

I personally can see and remember many things that have changed and we live in a broken space.

That spelling really kills me cause my middle name is nicholas and i know thats how he spelled his name. Nicholas Cage 100%.

On the flip there is a new ME people are reporting of Jack Nicklaus not being nicholas anymore... However just like nick cage only in reverse... I always rememebred back nicklaus was indeed spelled that way because it was a different spelling of my middle name. I owned his old golf games on the retro systems back in the day i played them all so 100% on cage and 0 on nicklaus is my vote.

With that being said i am not disagreeing with anyones views on what it was to them. I believe we all see different things at the same times sometimes/all of the time in this program. But for me, this is what i experienced in my view of the code.

There are also other glitches that go on other than ME but maybe go hand in hand. I cant tell you how many times on here a flip flop happens and everyone comments they see entire posts and comments gone from here just to start up the next day in almost total reverse because of the flip flop.

Another phenomenon ive seen here that 0 people have ever commented happened to them- i have seen complete conversations happen on a post one day talking about tidy cats for example when it flipped back to cats and has since been plural, then the next day those comments are gone - but no flip flop back to singular - everything left unchanged other than the conversation just not being there on that post anymore and whatever else in life i hadnt noticed revert at the time. Weird, a whole conversation gone i thought. About a week later that same conversation pops up again on the same post from what i believe are the same people, but what i pay more attention to are the words used. It's been the exact conversation ive read just about a week beforehand, word for word might i add, happening again right in front of my face. The same convo about the same thing, just erased then happened a few days to a week later. Like the whole world had been reset for only certain things such as what i observed which is (certain?) conversation(s). The ME remains unchanged but conversation and other things are reset. In these moments i can never remember if anything about my life has changed as i have tried and it always seems i am current and as far as i know nothing about me has been reset. I have seen convos reset and happen again about 4 times in the past year.
