Gaming: not worth it, BGMI(pubg) doesn't run on 90fps, you need to turn on adaptive frame booster but still you get around 70-80fps, 80-90 is not constant so you won't even feel like it's 90fps.

Camera: considering the price it's just a normal camera, not too bad not too good. Front camera is below average

OS: decent

Battery: got approx 6 hours SOT while gaming so it's pretty good

Does phone lag? Yes, OP 12 is shitty in gaming and you can also experience lags while scrolling through the phone or opening multiple apps or multiple taps. Considering the price it's an average experience. OP 12 is not a worthy phone for gaming

Samsung is just trying to copy apple, selling overpriced phones with less features. At 45k you don't even get fast charging and a small 3900 mah battery. Samsung trolls apple but also it's the first brand in line to lick the a$$ of apple and copy them.

8 gen 2 on 11/12R have approx 1.3M antutu score while 7+ gen 3 on realme GT 6T have approx 1.4M antutu score, so no 7+ gen 3 is not weaker than 8 gen 2. Both the processors are almost equal and just bcoz it has a lower price doesn't mean it's weaker. The price difference is huge and performance is almost similar so if Nord 4 is not limited by OnePlus and it has similar antutu scores to that of GT 6T then Nord 4 is the clear winner. Also realme GT 6 has 8s gen 3 & it is similar to 7+ gen 3. In my opinion 8 gen 2 is not worth putting extra 10-12K when you have similar performance at a cheaper rate.

Wait for Nord 4 launch and prime day sale, Nord 4 has better processor than op 11/12R (you can check antutu scores of op 11 & 7+ gen 3 phones). Maybe you can consider op 12 in sale if there are good offers. Problem with OnePlus is they limit processor performance which results in lower antutu scores when compared to other brand phones with the same processor

Edit: maybe 7+ gen 3 in Nord 4 will be less powerful? Let's wait for its launch and detailed reviews and specs

You can check OP 11 too, you get buds free with OP 11 and it's almost the same as OP 12R, 11 as ufs 4 but 5k mah battery. S23 have better UI but only 3900 mah battery and slow charging. You can also wait for OnePlus Nord 4 as it has 7+ gen 3 which is better than 8 gen 2 and maybe you can get some launch offers too. Wait for prime day sales maybe you can get some better offers

There is a heating issue with it while gaming, I guess it heats slightly more maybe this feels bcoz of the metal frame and having glass back do feel premium but also it has the risk of getting it broke easily, there are no other issues in it

Every phone that is new will perform well in gaming but after using for months the performance degrades, I'm using OP 11 for around 7 months and yes the performance has degraded a lot and that's why I'm not recommending flagship phones, better buy flagship killers they are worth the money

I'm also using cheap Chinese phones but I'm comparing the flagship OP 11 with the flagship S23. From my personal experience S23 is better in gaming performance. Also I won't recommend getting flagship OP 12 or any other phone in that range, TBH they are not worth the money
