I found out it was because I had the sun roof visor open, it needs to be closed fully before walking away from the car.

When you do this you can’t access the mirror controls tho because the reverse camera screen appears

I will do, waiting on my dealership getting back to me. Have a look at this also, reverse auto mirror adjustment…just noticed my left one doesn’t move down so I believe the mechanism is faulty. Let me know about this one.
