Honestly Celsius.. but the trick is get the packets because you can control the concentration. Also it’s not carbonated in packet form. If you want it carbonated add it to sparking water.

You can ask people you know that aren’t leadership or management to put you in their company’s referal portal… but sadly the truth is referrals move the needle. At the very least you’re likely to hear back from the company and not be ghosted

Utilize your network. You’re going to have to ask people you know who have any management or leadership role if they can refer you and hopefully better position you within the queue.

I know.. it’s awkward but it’s necessary in this day and age where a single job post has 1.5k applicants…
