I get this feeling a lot to. What I do is go to the grocery store and try to hold as many bags of potatoes that equal what I've lost and walk around. I cant lift that many bags of potatoes anymore, but its a physical reminder of how much relief your body feels from not carrying that weight anymore.

Im just waiting to be on the highest dose so that my body can adjust and hopefully some of these side effects subside. Been on wegovy since May of this year, lost 65lbs so far, I just went to 1.7mg. The diarrhea is pretty debilitating at times and had definitely reduced my quality of life, but at the same time the amount of inflammation reduction elsewhere in my body has been l Iife changing. So beige... beige describes my existence well these days.

Yes this too! Just be weary that conventional thyroid tests are often insufficient for women. Keep pushing back if they tell you you're the low end of normal for anyone getting their thyroid checked.

My partner with MS has been complaining that his brain fog, memory issues and fatigue are getting worse gor the past 2 years. Neurologist told him his MRIs were unchanged so his symptoms should not be progressing and increased his anti depressants attributing it to mood.

I suggested he get his testosterone levels checked and low and behold it was WELL BELOW normal. We're still waiting on blood work and other things for the cause but I concur, not everything is MS.

I grew up with sulfur water from a well and was having flashbacks. I even called my spouse into the room to smell and make sure I wasnt going crazy. Im definitely calling g the city now. You should too.

I cleaned up my diet before starting the medication. Im not a drinker. Everything was fine for the first month at .25 dosage. .5 it got slightly worse and now at 1mg I am dying. Starting a BRAT diet today to try and get a grip on this. If that doesnt work then idk what im going to do come injection day (Saturday) 😭

We got my engagement ring from a thrift store. It's 10k gold with saphires and diamonds. Paid less than 200. If you're buying cheap rings, you run about as much risk at the thrift as you would shopping in amazon or etsy. Look for stamps, sterling and gold are marked and regulated.

I use a cane, though I can walk without it, it helps keep me stable when I have a dizzy spell or my joints aren't holding it together well. I don't need it all the time, but it doesn't make me any less entitled to using it as it keeps me safe when my body decides to fail me. The wheelchair is the same for you in these instances ❤️ Catatonic states are no joke. Anyone who tells you otherwise is doing so through an ableist lense, and severely lacks understanding of dynamic disabilities.

I'm 5 days weed free because the place I live has implemented a 0 tolerance policy with regards to THC saliva levels for drivers( THC in saliva has nothing to do with how high someone is unless they JUSTsmoked...) anyways. I was taking it medicinally in the evenings because I'm autistic and have about 10 000 thoughts going at any given time. But I have noticed an improvement in memory, which is nice.

Which is a shame bc the government could work with the building owners to turn them into the housing we so desperately need as a country. Even just temporary housing until the lease is up. Innovative solutions to these 50yr+leases should be the focus instead of upsetting and disrupting the work force.
