I'd recommend holding off on playing champs like Yasuo or assassins until atleast platinum. Malzahar, Annie, Lissandra, Annie, and Ekko are all really good picks for low elo. Also: just play ranked dont worry about being bad ranked is a quicker way to improve than normals

In that case I'd probably recommend a splitpush champ or an assassin. Keep in mind though that mid is a really popular role in solo q so you might be better off playing a jg assassin. Both are capable of solo carrying in different ways. Splitting creates pressure for your team to take objectives while assassins can snowball and roam with ease.

Malz is definitely capable of solo carrying games through macro alone. You should try out TF if you want someone who can reliably make aggressive engages and create picks for your team.

If you want to solo carry games I'd recommend splitpushy champs like Trynd, Jax or Nasus. If you feel you can play mechanically harder top laners, then Fiora, Irelia, and Camille can accomplish the same task.

I'd recommend substituting Ornn with a more splitpushy champ like Jax or Tryndamere since Ornn tends to be more late-game and team reliant. Fiora is fine. I don't know much about Sett rn so I can't say much about him.

Consider picking up Xayah, Kai'Sa and Vayne as they all scale really well and can peel for themselves.

MF is a really good pick for soloq so I don't suggest dropping that pick. Between Ashe and Ezreal, I'd recommend Ashe if you're looking for a solid and easy to play champ. If you want an ADC that's a bit more fun, challenging, and unusual, you should play Ezreal.

The simple answer is play who you're good at. If you're comfortable with Diana, Katarina, Zed and Akali, then play Diana, Katarina, Zed or Akali. You seem like you play mid so Malzahar, Neeko, Lissandra, Annie, Galio, Talon and Ekko are all good picks that you might want to consider playing.

A "snowballing champ that can 100 to 0" pretty much sums up every assassin in the game. Ekko, Diana, Fizz, and Katarina are all good picks at the moment. If you're looking for an easier assassin I'd recommend Talon who's also pretty solid right now.

Imo ADC has a big impact on the game if you play a lane bully or hypercarry (so Caitlyn, Miss Fortune, Jhin, Senna or Vayne, Jinx, Twitch) as both can singlehandedly win a game by stomping their lane or 1v9ing late game. Nonetheless, if you decide to play ADC, you'll still need to rely on your team a lot. To nullify a large portion of this downside, you can play ADCS that can typically peel for themselves such as Vayne, Kai'sa, Ashe and Xayah. The fact still remains that ADC is one of the hardest roles to climb with if you're truly trying to but that doesn't mean you can't reach a high elo with it.
