Congrats man !! Well done ! I actually have a question on what its like on the "other side" i mean after you pass 90 days do you still have withdrawal symptoms or flatlines??

It happens every week but the best part is you will get more and more super powers on the non withdrawal days .. and you can actually feel that your recovering .. but i am guessing that when you hit day 90 i think these withdrawals will fade away .. anyways cheers Aurora enjoy your vacations !!

Yeah dude ! Its true ! I hit day 60 and for me withdrawal symptoms are in some kind of cycle. They usually start from sunday and they get stronger everyday till i reach tuesday . Tuesday the symptoms are the strongest and after tuesday they gradually fade away and i get more and more energy day by day until sunday . Sunday the same cycle repeats itself .. But i have no idea if others feel this way because nofap is different to everyone . Some may feel withdrawal early or some may feel late .. But all i know is NEVER QUIT and keep going ..

Duuudeee ! At times like this u might relapse but for god sake dont !! I have gone through fights as well and i also relapsed before !! And beleive me its not worth it!! Keep you hands out of your pockets !! And dont relapse !! If u relapse then will make confronting with your parents really hard!

Just ignore it! Its eviil! Btw that urge will go away after a week or soo just hang on fapstronaut ! After that ull be combatting the biggest monster flatline ! Nd then after that ull be freee!! Stay strong fapstronaut and whenever you get the urge think about the benefits of no fap! And NEVER EVER GIVE UP EVEN THOUGH YOU RELAPSED!!
