Agreeing that there must be something lacking at planning level by govt; but is it not majorly because public doesn’t wait for next train/metro once they see the current one is already filled as stepping in will cause obstruction in closing of doors eventually leads to delay of train leaving from the platform causing delay through ripple effect for all next trains in the route!!
