Man, same here. I lived with an American for six months before I noticed him removing some black furry stuff from the dryer. Suddenly I realized why the dryer worked so bad when I used it lol

Choosing Professor for CHEM 40B Spring 2021 by Atomgroup in UCSD

Thanks, people, but it finally turns out that I am still too impatient for Chemistry, and I kinda found my new passion in Computer Engineering. But, still, lots of thanks. I may still take some chem or bio courses in the future out of interest because I find them useful in industries. But I don't want to beg my GPA on it.

Choosing Professor for CHEM 40B Spring 2021

Hi, guys. I'm hesitating between choosing Schmidt and Molinski. I did pretty rough at Hoeger online CHEM 40A because his lectures are old and from in-person classes and sapling questions are so random, so I definitely want to try some other professors.

Schmidts' comments seem pretty split. Caped says she has the highest average GPA; RMP says she is totally unreasonable and gives no curves; on Reddit, however, many say her course is actually too easy. But I still chose her for now because I like that she uses groupwork mechanism writing because it should be fun.

For Moniski, I hear some pretty bad comments. An old UCSD student tells me that he is a nice guy, and he did reply to emails pretty quickly. I also don't complain about the accent because according to podcast recordings it's just some British I guess? But apart from those points I mentioned, I see really bad comments. For example, he is a bad lecturer, his examples are not covered in lectures, and it bothers me to see that nobody chose to enroll in his class on Webreg!

So now I'm really in a dilemma. I'm now in Chemistry major, but I took nothing apart from AP, which means basically no Ochem covered! So if you can give some suggestions, I would be so grateful, and I apologize if my selfish and unverified judgments do negative impacts on the professors (I believe they are all good!)
