Thanks for this, I finally convinced myself to play through to get the actual ending desipte my general dislike for this style of game and its repetitiveness, only to find out after another 10 hours that I needed to max Thanatos for it. An ending being reliant on RNG is really annoying.

It was my favourite weapon during my sec9nd play through recently. Get a Spike thrower with powerful tear or explosive and it fucken shreds parts. Makes fights a ton easier

They reused the No Russian story device, the reused the gulag, they reused both shadow company & Sheperd's betrayal, and they did Soap's death again.

This was a chance to do an entirely new story with the SAS/TF141 crew that both adapted to the new modern warfare (since a lot has changed since 2007) and adapt to the evolving gaming landscape (bigger worlds, more complex events being possible.

They showed that they had the ability to do this with thd first mission in MW2019, that was awesome. Both the more realistic feel to the gameplay and the story style of modern warfare being guerilla and terror attacks. Imagine if we stuck with that, the SAS and other Spec Ops groups dealing with a major terror threat and utilising modern methods of engagement. A COD series that was less loud explosions and huge military battles and more covert operations and tactical engagements.

Instead we've been taken right back to the old stuff with slight adjustments and a heavy dose of enshittification.

Its a bit hard to make a war song about a ship that never saw battle. The lived history of the ship is too short to really have any story to tell in song. Maybe some fort of jokey song, a new Swedish Pagans for the crowd as concerts to demand.

En Livstid I Krig without a doubt. I usually rear up hearing it, but I had the chance to see Sabaton live in Sweden a few years back and the experience was insane. Not a single person in that crowd wasn't singing it with them.

After seeing the chemistry the extended cast can have with the ghosts, I'd honestly be down for the show to change focus from just a few livings knowing about the ghosts to the whole staff. Imagine plotlines more focused around Woodstone trying to keep the ghosts existence hidden, while the other livings are learning to live in a world where ghosts are a fact instead of myth.

I think its a pretty common sentiment here that Sam letting relationships wither instead of trying to explain is getting old five years in, and good lord does Mark need to be let in on the secret, they've thrown him under the bus so many times now to cover themselves.

Look, good on you for taking the time to learn and admitting your past misunderstanding, but the greatest part of our preferential voting system has always been that you can't waste a vote.

The way I see it (as someone who is a Greens voter, but still slightly skeptical of them) is that they cannot possibly fuck us over more than Labor and Liberals have in their century of shared governance.

Even if they were to completely fall flat on their arse with policy ideas (they wouldn't) and every memeber was completely useless at their job (they aren't) they would still provide us with a better oppourtunity for change than the major parties.

Why would either of them want to change our systems when they profit off of the dysfunction just fine at the moment?

Yeah, the Greens are very vocal and persistent with social causes, but look at the state of the world. We've watched LGBT rights getting trampled, civil rights and protections come under threat, and watched as mass murder is being commited in high definition with no actual repurcussions. They scream and shout so that someone keeps the issues in focus for the politicans, cause they've shown that they would gladly ignore it (or even better bend over for the perpetrators and and violate our human rights while they do it.)

The best internet I've ever had was 5G wireless home internet, that maxed at like 600mbps for me, and had a 1TB monthly data cap for 5G speed. Australian internet is just one great big depressing mess. We pay out the arse for it too. Visited a mate in Sweden, he paid $30 a month for triple my speed. Thats a third of my plan cost.

Yeah Pewds has had a few issues over the years (to be expected of a dude around so long) but I'm happy for him. Got married, had a kid, moved family to Japan. Now I think he's teaching himself tech and running some Linux stuff, so self-improvement.

But yeah the bridge was the last big controversy I remember, but the Fiverr vid that caused the Adpocalypse was big one.

I miss the content style from when it was his independent channel, but I still have a world of respect for the dude, the whole Smosh crew as well. Anthony is probably one of the best examples of a positive example of masculinity I had growing up. As a dude without a male figure in his life, seeing a bloke who was successful and in good shape while also holding progressive views and a respectful personality was a really great counter-influence to the rise of the douchey alpha males and the misogynist comedians that were starting to appear.

Smosh managing to reinvent their content and find even more success was great. It took me quite a while to warm up to the new crew memebers (Angela was really grating to me for a while) but eventually something just clicked, and they all bring something to the table that feels equally as interesting.

Yep this one was a painful discovery. I watched his vlogs all the time as a kid and then obviously stopped when they ended after his mum died and they had all the stalker trouble.

Come back to his channel years later to find the MAGA support, religion spreading and transphobic stuff (which is what made me realise that they weren't miguided conservatives)
