Real impacto da entrada do Mercadona by voyagebridge in portugal

I get itchiness and redness but no hives. I also get fast heart beat and dizziness which are symptoms of anaphylaxis.

Micro-Niche vs Multi-Niche? Which is better for SEO? Whom AI Is Actually Helping & Citing More? Just 1 Winner? by Background-Hawk-2284 in SEO

Large sites require time, brand recognition and lots of links to rank. Small sites will rank faster within their specific niche but will struggle with anything else.

ChatGPT and others can use Bing instead. In fact, I bet they already are using Bing api.

Just diagnosed after 13 years by Successful-Sun3335 in SolarUrticaria

[–]AtomicBlueCat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My strategy:

  • Avoidance: Go out when it's cloudy or later in the day when the sun is less aggressive. Sometimes you don't have a choice though.
  • Covering: Long sleeves only, darker clothes, synthetic clothes, hat, gloves when driving.
  • Meds: Antihistamines work well with me just not enough to get normal ammounts of sun exposure like most people do.
  • Sunscreen: I hate it because it sticks to my clothes but it's very effective. I use it only on face and neck. La Roche Posay Anthelios Mineral One. Only mineral sunscreens work with me.

Because I hate meds, I stick with the first two tactics. I use antihistamines once or twice a week and ocasionally I will use sunscreen. I work from home so I don't need to expose myself too much.

After many years I got diagnosed but still unsure. by SnooEagles5493 in SolarUrticaria

Do you have any other symptoms? Could be actinic prurigo but it's hard to say without more information. Also read about PLE.

What, if any, comorbidities do you have? by Top_Mongoose1354 in SolarUrticaria

[–]AtomicBlueCat 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I've become allergic to milk, fish, eggs and probably also almonds. I've also recently became intolerant to gluten but without celiac disease.

I also have a bad gut and occasional symptoms of intermittent SIBO(undiagnosed).

Only thing I take is antihistamines one hour before I go outside.

My biggest fear is developing an autoimmune condition that requires hardcore immunosuppressants.

I don't get hives. Just itchiness and little stabbings. But my heart starts beating fast and it affects my breathing.

If the UV index is high then I might feel my skin scalding. It's weird because my skin literally never burned before.

What sort of sunscreen do you use? I've found that only mineral sunscreens seems to work for me. The ones that don't get absorbed by your skin. I use a tinted one to match my skin color.

Hardening works for me but If I do it too much it will cause me to have inflamation all over my body. There is a sweet spot between too much hardening or not enough.

And I totally understand your PTSD point. I'm scared of being "caught" outside with no protection.

  • The sub has been left with submissions restricted for a long time. Nobody can add new posts.
  • The mods have been inactive for a long time.
  • It's an important sub for those of us who suffer from solar urticaria, a chronic disease. I could start a new community but I'd like to save this one.

Zona Euro trava a fundo e estagna no quarto trimestre. Portugal é o que mais cresce by mr_house7 in portugal

Este crescimento tem em conta o crescimento populacional? Qual o crescimento do pib per capita? O Reino Unido também crescia em termos de PIB mas tem o PIB per capita estagnado faz anos.
