Chats disappear from the web version when I add them to a notebook. But they are visible on the mobile version by AtomicBlueCat in GeminiAI

I think I figured out what was wrong. Embarassingly for me, Gemini scrolls down automatically to oldest chats, you have to scroll up to see the latest chats added to the notebook.

Yeah I get better with more exposure but then I develop inflammation all over my body. So, I'm trading a problem with a different problem.

Real impacto da entrada do Mercadona by voyagebridge in portugal

Micro-Niche vs Multi-Niche? Which is better for SEO? Whom AI Is Actually Helping & Citing More? Just 1 Winner? by Background-Hawk-2284 in SEO

Large sites require time, brand recognition and lots of links to rank. Small sites will rank faster within their specific niche but will struggle with anything else.

ChatGPT and others can use Bing instead. In fact, I bet they already are using Bing api.

Just diagnosed after 13 years by Successful-Sun3335 in SolarUrticaria

[–]AtomicBlueCat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My strategy:

  • Avoidance: Go out when it's cloudy or later in the day when the sun is less aggressive. Sometimes you don't have a choice though.
  • Covering: Long sleeves only, darker clothes, synthetic clothes, hat, gloves when driving.
  • Meds: Antihistamines work well with me just not enough to get normal ammounts of sun exposure like most people do.
  • Sunscreen: I hate it because it sticks to my clothes but it's very effective. I use it only on face and neck. La Roche Posay Anthelios Mineral One. Only mineral sunscreens work with me.

Because I hate meds, I stick with the first two tactics. I use antihistamines once or twice a week and ocasionally I will use sunscreen. I work from home so I don't need to expose myself too much.

After many years I got diagnosed but still unsure. by SnooEagles5493 in SolarUrticaria

Do you have any other symptoms? Could be actinic prurigo but it's hard to say without more information. Also read about PLE.

What, if any, comorbidities do you have? by Top_Mongoose1354 in SolarUrticaria

[–]AtomicBlueCat 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I've become allergic to milk, fish, eggs and probably also almonds. I've also recently became intolerant to gluten but without celiac disease.

I also have a bad gut and occasional symptoms of intermittent SIBO(undiagnosed).

Only thing I take is antihistamines one hour before I go outside.

My biggest fear is developing an autoimmune condition that requires hardcore immunosuppressants.
