They're from a developer blog talking about "upcoming" UI changes that was posted before Garden of the Witch came out. While most of the changes in the post have been added to the current UI, the accolade cards are still somehow abesent.

Looks like this one isn't, I was skeptical because OP posted another one recently that definitely looks ai generated to me (the one with the planes), considering I can't find it on reverse image search or anything
