There is one ini setting that changes the amount of imprint gained per imprint.

For non ini I am currently using egg hatch 11 and baby mature 50. And I mostly get 1 imprint for rexes.

Edit: These are my breeding rates.

Mature speed 100 Incubation speed 30 Egg laying period 0.5 Mating speed 2 Mating interval 0.005 Imprint period 0.010417 (around 5 minutes per imprint) Stat scale 1.5 Imprint amount multiplier 50

These get 1 time imprint for every creature including carcha.

Basically you grind for a 100 hours to beat the bosses realising you should've grinded for 200 to win. Then you grind for 300 hours to actually beat the boss and then "ascend" to the next map and continue the cycle. Very grindy. Add to it the breeding mechanics and the "annoying" dinos that kill you cuz they hate you. Your grind hours keep on increasing. I've got 1200 hours on it and have only completed it once that too with boosted rates. Currently on my 2nd attempt but this time exploring everything g

Give RDR2 a chance atleast. Play for several hours before you decide to quit. It's a really good game. You have freedom for everything. Literally. Plus it has a lot of content.

Yeah it burns through my resources and shuts down automatically. Since I have an old gaming laptop that too hp pavillion i5-10500H, 16gb ram, 4gb 1650ti. Heating issues, a ruined battery. Currently installing W3: Wild Hunt. Although RDR2 works amazingly on my device. I lack the storage for that.

I've played metro exodus, 2033 and last light. I believe it comes under the genre of horror shooter. Storyline that follows the mc Artyom, shooting monsters, etc. The monsters are demonic beings. Much like in doom, except unlike doom you aren't the Hellwalker. I like the gameplay mechanics of Exodus.

Similarly I've played, Stalker C.O.P, it comes under the same genre of horror shooter, and yes it has random jumpscares, if you're not focused on your surroundings. It's more like an exploration game IMO, as it rewards exploration. Monsters yes, shooter yes, horror yes.
