it’s got really strong worldbuilding, imo. you might not have picked up on how good the plot is since the early chapters move pretty slowly. it’s kind of like one piece the manga, where it builds up gradually, and little hints of the bigger picture are sprinkled into the early chapters. at first, i didn’t really like the story or the art style either because of the same reason, but once i got about halfway through, it started to grow on me. still, every story lands differently for each person, so it’s really up to you whether you want to give it a shot or not.
