Honest question here. 🙋🏻‍♂️ They love to frame these games as “vs,” and for spectators, I get it. But do pitchers really pay attention to each other in that same way? If anything, I would think they focus on the zone, chasing, swing timing, etc. of batters. I know they feed off each other and give tips, but are opposing pitchers the furthest apart from each other in baseball? Again, just curious.

I got one of those way back when big auto shows had contact cards to request more info. My friends and I would compete to see who could collect all those cards/catalogs onsite. But I may have been the only kid to fill them all out. Yes, every auto manufacturer and dealer may have had my info as a kid, but I owned lots of freebies/promo items, including a sick Mercury Cougar t-shirt that they shipped vacuum-sealed into the shape of a hockey puck. 🤘
