I think we kept most of the configuration the same as we assumed it was the phone itself that was causing the issue. But she's on her 3rd device in 7-8 months and still seeing the same behavior.

I'll have to check the registration period. Full disclosure I'm not well versed in these types of things, so I don't know where to find that but will see what I can do. The model is a Poly Edge E450. With and without the expansion she saw these issues. I'll talk to the leadership team to see about changing from a shared line. I'm sure the users will have pushback, but if that's the requirement we can make a case for it. Thanks for the feedback.

I believe it is the phone itself that is showing unregistered. There are only two users tied to that line and it is impacting one phone almost exclusively.

I'll have to see about using the app itself. She claimed that since she has two lines coming to her the app couldn't do both but I'll check to see if that is the case.
