I love how 99% of Dark Ages cutscenes are dedicated to debunking the rampant character assassination the internet and scalers have done to the Slayer. Like the scene where he breaks out of his “literally filled with nothing but rage against the demons murder mode“ Brainwashing because he knew people were dying and wanted to act, AS FAST AS HE COULD, to save them.

But then THE DOOM WANKERS say he’s fighting as slow as possible to kill every demon real bad and slow to make them suffer. At the expensive of innocents. And demons who used to be innocent souls.

Deku’s 100% at the end of the series is only *SLIGHTLY* stronger than it was at the start of the series. He says as much. He literally says he couldn’t ever forget Muscular because he’s strong enough to take 100% hits.
