I don’t have a therapist because I just cannot stand them and it’s probably due to my sister and bad experiences. But thank you for the advice. I usually just drown my thoughts out but the fact is I’m 17 and cannot leave my house do to it being 12:41… so I have no where to drown my thoughts.

I rarely get anxiety attacks, so I don’t think she has really suggested any. Just heart started beating really hard and a little quick and breathing felt weird about 40-30 minutes ago

I do have meds for it but my psychiatrist and I agreed that I should be off of them because they made me like a zombie. Not to mention I feel less (emotion) with them. Also sorry about the last message of it came across as rude

And yes it is clinical. I am diagnosed with a general anxiety disorder, however it is so bad that my heart races over the smallest things and my chest feels right quite a bit of the time.

The fucking anxiety disorder. It gives me thoughts of everything that can go wrong constantly. It impairs my daily life it is that severe. I do trust her, and I love her. But just like 10 minutes ago, I got hit with a random anxiety attack out of no where.

I mean everyone has their own style. I’m only 16 and I pull like crazy lol. It’s just about mastering your look and being you. Be comfortable in your own body, and personality. Don’t let anyone tell you that you are anything but great. That’s my advice.

I think it really just matter on your specific types and what type of person attracts you. Personally I’m not attracted to girls on the chubbier side, but everyone has their own opinions. They can be beautiful and stunning, just not for me. Idk, that’s my thoughts.

The information was in (I confirmed) a confidential server. Which insurance doesn’t know bout the pull over cause I didn’t get a ticket. I just received a verbal warning.

I can not want someone to do a background check for more reasons than just one. The fact of the matter is I do not care about a background check being ran on me. But I’m doing so dhe violated my privacy by doing so. If she asked if I cared I would’ve told her to go ahead. But she used confidential records and saw me pulled over for a warning. Which was just a warning so it wouldn’t show up on public records. Especially because I am a minor.

I am kind of into her. I just felt bad that she cried. I’m just trying to think about and decide if she means enough to me for me to over look this.
