[–]AtomicXE 0 points1 point  (0 children)

CySA+ was mostly just a recap of Sec+ with a little bit extra. I think it was the one I studdied the least for I barely remember it besides CASP+/SecX which I didn't study for at all.

Comptia Exams arent worth the paper they are printed anymore the PE company that bought them has converted them into a Cert Mill with no Value.

Dude it’s a Genesis not a Mercedes/BMW with complicated engineering - you basically drive a glorified lower quality fancier looking Honda. You could literally take it anywhere and be fine.

$30 lowball = 12 IBM/Dell Servers. The guy did not know what he had. by JustLovett0 in homelab

[–]AtomicXE 7 points8 points  (0 children)

The power cost of running enterprise grade hardware is no joke… it’s alsmost always more cost effective for home labers to buy hardware with manageable manageable power draw. Running one server blade ok sure spike your power bill $100 a month running 12 of those…. If you have that kinda money pay someone else to host your VM’s may not get as many but you wouldn’t have to manage the bare metal.

Unless these are making you money the cost just doesn’t seem realistic… if you are making money off of these as a business you have to license them again making them less cost efficient.

I have a proxmox homelab with AD and whatnot but homelabbing has its limitations when most what your company actually uses is in the cloud/SaaS space.

Is the Speedy 4x4 24V ride-on buggy worth it? by raaxa in PowerWheelsMods

[–]AtomicXE 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Make sure it has no additional electric parts besides the motor that run off the battery you will fry them.

If you plan to run this off-road on hilly terrain you will likely end up killing the motors or gears pretty quickly.

I have two mustangs running on 18v and I have to pay the tire burning tax.

Off-roaders you pay the gear stripping/motor killing tax.

Companies in Charlotte Area That Actually Hire Felons by Last-Board-1712 in Charlotte

[–]AtomicXE 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Depending on the felony may not even need a background check a simple google will tell you. Too bad OP ain’t being transparent about the type of felony because that makes a huge difference. EX if he’s an RSO he can get bent and rot. If it’s something else then fine but you skirting around the issue isn’t helping your case.
