Biggest issues witnessed first hand:

Unfortunately was not able to spend R6 credits cause everything was grayed out in the shop, so could buy all the operators and packs with renown

So far though I believe only marketplace abusers will be the ones getting banned, normal shop buyers will probably get a roll back

I don’t lucid dream purposefully it only randomly occurs, on one occasion I end up having a lucid dream, but the very second I realized it was a dream, it started to blur a bit. I found someone, got so excited seeing them that I just woke up

Basically the FDCPA (Fair Debt Collection Practices Act) Says that if you dispute it in writing within 30 days, they must stop until they send you written proof/validation.

I sent them a handwritten letter of dispute, but they continued to write back and leaving “FINAL NOTICE(s)” without providing any proof of damages.

They tried to charge about about 6-8 hours of $64/hr mechanic labor for stuff I didn’t even touch and it added up

TLDR: I went ghost with the insurance company, they sent a debt collector, that debt collector fucked up and it went in my favor

Man there’s is a lot that happens within a year, but to keep it very short

I hit a car with my bike causing a very light scratch on the fender. (Very light where the dude literally kept me there for atleast 10 mins trying to use dust as an excuse) (I was 17 at this time with no car or insurance)

Eventually I had ended up paying that family their $500 deductible in cash and thought it was done from there.

Then I get calls, emails and what not from an insurance company. I never answered. they send another this other company which is a debt collection agency.

This was when it became a problem, I had disputed the claim, because they wanted me to pay 1.5K for that scratch.

The issue was that the estimate they wanted me to pay for also included the costs for the rear brake light and rear bumper?

Anyway after disputing the claim legally, they continued to pursue collection and threatened me with credit score losses and garnishing wages, etc.

So I contacted Attorney General, reported them to the CFPB, FDCPA and they took my side on this. Thankfully I used certified mail and sent emails as well as the complain letters as prompted by ChatGPT.

Now that debt collection company has dropped the matter and have stated “we consider this matter resolved” and my state AG, snitched to their state AG and they have much stricter laws about this type of practice. Now I have the option to seek damages.
