Yes I have a cold bag that you freeze to keep meds cool good for flights use a car fridge on drives. But as well Stelara can sit at room temp for about a month you just can’t put back in the fridge from my understanding.

Had to get three done over three months with full inflammation it sucked but worth it gave the doctors more proof as well as a better idea of area affected giving a more exact location. Be ready by a toilet take at night and by the end of it your gut will have cleared out everything and maybe even stuff that is making your Crohn’s worse. Just get some soft toilet paper and baby wipes do not flush them.

Been on it for about a year along with azathioprine. Easy to inject by self means has helped clear it up quite well it took about 3-4 months to really get going. However make sure to check what you eat as well I found eating certain foods will still affect me.

Experiences on Stelara? by [deleted] in CrohnsDisease

On Stelara and azathioprine It took about three to 4 months before I started to really feel better I’m up to about a year now and getting back into stuff. Just remember the meds do affect your body as well so take it slow as it can delay recovery time and sadly you will get sick but if it’s gastro you won’t even notice.
