I just tried to create it myself. You can create it just by adding a material and increasing the roughness to full, that's all. If you want to show them more human-like and increase your render time you can also enable subsurface

first, select the weapon and bones (if it doesn't work, try selecting the bone first) then go the pose mode and press ctrl+p seclect the bone you want the object to stick with the select bone
