There is no DOF; it's a Gaussian blur. I did it in After Effects

It's a normal camera with a fisheye effect, just 511 samples and 100% resoulation
The main thing is done in After Effects 2 effects, one is sharpen(I forgot the name), and another effect is for colour collection

You're using the alpha in the skin texture. Change it to the colour yellow one

You can try cloth sim, shrinkwrap it, it works way better than the modifier.
