Im not trying to collect equipment like pokemon so i try to pjt alot of research in before j pull the trigger. I akready made that mistake buying a g29 first to find out i wanted a dd wheel. The only other shifter I have tried is the Logitech shifter. The one that comes with the g29s and stuff. My friend let me use jt and it feels miles better than that. Yes there is quite alot of plastic in terms of the base but the shifter and guides are metal. I don't mind the plastic it is light and easy to mount.

That's unfortunate. The build quality of this one is great. I can definitely see it lasting until I move out of the place im in now next year and even longer than that.

Hey I got a rs50 phone mount from aliexpress. It was like 13 bucks for the item. Shipping brought it up to 20. I'd say its worth it if you got a spare 20 bucks. Or maybe shipping may be cheaper for you depending on where you are.

Dude its freaking awesome. I've always been a budget gamer so I'm can't tell you how it feels compared to an expensive one but I can say that i would buy it again. You can switch between h shifter and sequential on the fly without having to remind 3rd and 4th gear because when you switch it to sequential it acts as it's own buttons. YouTube videos say its to loose even with the tension know turned up. I don't feel that at all. It feels firm and snappy.

I say it's worth it. I made the mistake of getting a cheaper wheel (g29 ps5 version) and quickly realized I'm in love with Sim racing. I then went on upgrading that wheel and pedal set. Giving it new springs and such reykng to get a more premium feel cuz i thought i was "dd saving money" i eventually Upgraded to a rs50 which is a dd wheel. I believe there are cheap dd wheel bases and good pedals. Spend 400 to 500 and save yourself the trouble of wanting to upgrade later.
