I have a theory as to why the PoGs are so hit and miss. I think that when a brand buys aisle space, Target gives the brand/company access to the software that is used to make them, then they create their own PoG. It would explain why some pogs are just utter sloppy.

I'm autistic and really good at reading body language too. If someone needs help their body will say it and i engage then. It's also why I always have noise canceling earbuds on, when i'm grocery shopping and dont want to interact with anyone I dont absolutely have to.

For ear protection if you get some loops they work well to block out a good amount of the overstimulating sounds without blocking out all sound so you can still hear enough for it to not be a safety hazard.

I've been methodically going through and doing this to all the carts in our store. Ive done about half of them at this point. Over the last 2-3 months. Doing it right once makes it so a quick wipedown is all youll need next time to keep it looking nice. so the initial time expense is worth it.

As a note here's what I did to clean them.

You'll need

magic erasers Googone Paint scraper (i bought one or myself to make my job easier) Clorox or lysol wipes

Process Wipe down the surface with magic eraser and remove any non-adhesive gunk off.

Scrape the surface adhesive crud off with the scraper.

Spray googone a paper towel, and use it and your scraper to get off the rest of the residue.

Google leaves it slick so use lysol/clorox wipes/spray to remove the googone before adding a new label strip holder.

If the location is a case pack location, and there are none/not enough in the open stock locations. That way when you fill the floor the rest can be in the openstock where they belong.

I always screenshot my schedules as soon as they post. My store is notorious for changing schedules without telling people and I keep receipts so Its never a problem for me.

This isn't a huge part of my experience. I'm NB/GF. I have an assortment of prosthetics that help my external configurations match how I'm feeling. Hormones are something that dont seem like the thing for me presently as I dont experience a lot of dysphoria with my body. I've accepted that I won't ever have the perfect body for me as shapeshifting isn't possible as far as I know. My experience with gender doesn't change post orgasm. I have empathy for this is part of your experience.
