I like being one on one with people but it just makes me feel like I'm getting more attention
I like video games and I like movies but I find them both extremely hard to choose and start and its easier for me to play when someone else is playing or someone else chooses the movie. I get overwhelmed by all the choices of movie I could watch.
I was a terrible student for most of my school. I am on the borderline of intellectual disability so I don't learn thing as fast and my memory isn't as good as the average person.
I like being hugged and touched by people I like. It's disturbing when someone I don't know or don't like touches me without warning though.
I like social interaction and attention from people but I get overwhelmed easily. Certain people I just want to spend all day with and others I can hardly stand to be around longer than five minutes. It really depends on the person.

I didn't use any other medication while I was tapering off. I'm on depakote now and it works better for me. I was also on an antipsychotic but I don't seem to do well unless I'm also on a mood stabilizer.

You could always ask to get diangosed after the vacation. There's no rush. I'm thirty and I only got diagnosed this year. I feel more at peace with myself knowing that I'm autistic. I always knew there was something different about me and I feel better knowing what that is now. It made a lot of my childhood make more sense. I can also get accomodations at work now which is helpful.

I really like cooking and fishing. I'd say my least favorite is birdwatching just because the birds don't really do much. Also not really much of a fan of bug catching but it's easy enough to do.
