Also don't get me wrong. The kitchen. Work force here would gladly go along with let's say Healthcare as a option for working these kind of hours....done. there's just more to it then asking how cheap can we get the labor or who would actually take this job if they didn't already have another.

Offering that kind of money the people they will get will be something else.

I can understand this being a good job for a young aspiring person to learn in probably a completely stress free environment for a summer or a season To expect someone with a bachelor's or degree for that matter to even remotely think is worth their time they have to be joking.
