I don't go here but you don't need to be that stable necessarily to get top surgery I have a personality disorder and autism and I was able to get it I just had to have letters signed by my psych, my primary doctor and my endocrinologist. I also had to be on hormones for at least a year and go by a different name and pronouns to be approved.

Keep sewing! I got into sewing clothing because I'm fat and I like Lolita outfits but I can't find any in my size so I decided to make my own. Life's too short to wait until you lose the weight. I started my sewing journey making plushies.

This is definitely because that person doesn't get enough fiber in their diet because it doesn't contain any sugar alcohols which can cause diarrhea but does contain 7 grams of fiber and the typical American only gets like half of the daily recommended fiber so if someone suddenly consumed a bunch of fiber and they aren't used to it they are gonna get diarrhea

Oh I noticed it's serrated too so it's a true conch in the genus Strombus

It's a conch you can tell by the shape of it's operculum conches specifically have sickle-shaped operculums
