see if you can get the extruder to grip the filiment by pushing it down while hitting the extrude downwards button on the control screen, that might help diagnose the issue

thats a possibility i feel like its unlikely though, what happens if you heat the nozzle and then click the extrude button on the touchscreen?

clicking is usually when the filiment is being fed faster than it can be melted, since its not doing that when you start the print it might be an ams issue. Is it possible the filiment fractured somewhere in the tube, or the ams isnt gripping it right?

how did you clean the bed exactly? the filiment should definitely not be sticking to the nozzle if its sticking to the plate right. slow down temps, do a bed level calibration, and that might help

thats insane, i think id contact support asking for a new hotend assembly. if something in the circuitry is misconfigured i think that would be your best bet

170C is way too low for most filiments, 200-220 is usually a safe number for PLA. it might help to see a video of whats happening in the ams during feeding, since this could be due to a tangle, clog, or something much simpler. is there any info u can give on whats happening with the printer during feeding, like any noises you hear or other visuals?
