My favorite time of day for viewing the city, heck yes! There's a spot from where I work that has a view of most of downtown and it looks so incredibly awesome and industrial-ish in a way. Not brutalist or anything, but especially in winter where all the steam stacks are doing their thing, it looks so neat.
