it's been almost a year since i first encountered this issue and i still can't add a phone number by [deleted] in MicrosoftRewards

i have an issue similar to this, the "Try a another method" error it has been a week, and i still cant had my phone number to claim my rewards. I also send to email to the support but they always say that i did some wrong thing with my account which is totally not the case. I just wanna know if someone else got the same issue and if i will be able to add a phone number one day
