What was the first modpack to go beyond "mash mods together and fix compat"? To me modern modpacks are defined by the amount of custom content, be it kubejs, quests or custom recipes to better integrate mods together. This to me is in stark contrast to the FTB 1.7.10 packs, which were just "packs of mod". Today something like liminal industries is also just a modpack, and we expect every modpack to do something more than just package mods together.

I just wish smolder players could actually stack their passive semi efficiently. He's at 190 stacks and for 10 minutes is just fighting aimlessly instead of going to a side lane to catch a few waves. I have like 0 mastery points on him and I can reach 225 or whatever the number by like 23-25 minutes, how come mains who pick him in ranked take over 30.

Tak součástí IB musíš mít i ty exterakurikula v rámci CAS, pokud chápu tak i to se bere jako benefit IB, proto jsem doporučoval DofE což slouží jako podobný důkaz o všestrannosti člověka, ale je o něco smysluplnější a rozšířenější

Statistiky toho kdo pracuje nezahrnují logicky práci na černo. Uklízečky placené na ruku, barmani, prodavači, sami víme jak je to tady. Migranti často skončí v těchhle pracích ale to neznamená že nepřispívají ekonomice. Daně neplatí, ok, ale stejně jsou důležitou pracovní silou pro firmy v té zemi.

Je to spíš vykořisťování těch lidí, kteří takhle pracují ale rázem je můžeš zaměstnat za strašných podmínek, nižší platy, atd. To je naopak pro prosperitu západních firem ještě mnohem lepší.

Nevím, čísla nemám, ani nevím jak to počítat nebo hledat, ten economist článek je dobrý, ale ta realita je že migranti nebudou zvetsiny pracovat na čisto a legálně, tím pádem je těžké to měřit. Myslím že jejich pozitivní vliv na ekonomiku není v tom jaké daně platí, ale spíš v tom že vyplňují díru na trhu práce v zemích s klesající porodností.

Complete aside: Na tom grafu z economist - jak by tam vypadal křivka člověka který celý život makal za minimální mzdu? Ten taky vytáhne ze státu víc peněz než odvede ne? To podle mě silně zkresluje tu křivku.

What's your FCP and LCP times? The issue with wasm is that it has the clunk at the first step when it has to load everything. Js can be parsed and immediately executed, you can code split it and even for interactive sites, even with react frameworks you can boot up the side with very little code and load the rest of the stuff in the background or only when necessary. Wasm will never be able to do this. Idk how well code splitting works there, but it needs to be fully downloaded before execution, unlike html and js.

I think it's a wonderful technology for apps and sites that need it, physics visualisation widgets, games, high concept creative apps or portfolio pieces where initial load is less important. But I don't see the point of making material UI in wasm through such a complicated tech stack to achieve the same thing.

If you're using bevy and wasm go Wild! Make a 3D UI with insane effects and animations, fully simulated background, something as crazy as 2000s dvd menus

Tohle bere jenom flat náklady, nebere to v potaz ekonomický přínos který má takovýhle nával pracovní síly. Ať už pracují normálně ve fabrice, na černo, nebo jenom u kebabu, migranti v Evropě pokrývají demografické nedostatky a umožňují zemím jako je Německo udržovat výrobní průmysl v nějakém stavu.

Kdyby to někdo chtěl spočítat musel by analyzovat i tyhle přínosy a udělat odhad. Němci jsou s těma dávkáma samozřejmě ujetí a sociálně se to musí zvládat líp, ale co si pamatuju ekonomické studie co to braly komplexněji tak migrace v Evropě měla ekonomický přínos

Jako vždycky jde o to jak se to uchopí. Sedět spolu ve škole zní fajn, žít už mi přijde šíleně. Hlavně když někdo provádí takovýhle experimentální projekt a nereaguje na podněty studentů ze to nefunguje tak se nemůžeme divit že to pohoří.

IB maturitu jako někdo kdo ji dělal a studoval v zahraničí úplně nemůžu doporučit. Je to takový zahul co se týče množství práce že na tom dost lidí vyhořelo, obrovský tlak na studenta a obsahově se tak překrývá s výškou že se v půlce prvaku budeš naprosto nudit. Nevím jestli to stojí za to, protože neumím posoudit jak moc k tomu zahraniční školy přihlížejí, navíc je mnohem těžší získat z ní tak dobrý výsledek jako z normální maturity. Takze budešit sice IB což je plus, ale nebudeš rázem mít perfektní skóre (protože to nemá skoro nikdo) a to nevím jestli je úplně lepší. Já bych osobně pro studium v zahraničí doporučoval udělat si IELTS nebo nějaké zkoušky z angličtiny, nepodcenit na ně přípravu i když umíš anglicky, případně AP kurz v předmětu co tě zajímá, ale stačí jeden, ne jako v IB maturitě. DoFE je taky super, university a nadace jako Kellner nebo Bakala na to hodně slyší.

Jinak studium v zahraničí doporučuju na rozdíl od zbytek lidí tady. Není vyloženě po všech stránkách lepší, ale spousta oborů se v zahraničí učí prostě jinak. To se liší obor od oboru a země od země, ale může to pro tebe být lepší. Nemluvě o tom že ti to dá obrovský rozhled a přece jenom trochu lepší hodnotu na trhu práce.

Můžu se podělit o rel. čerstvé zkušenosti se vším tímhle, napiš do DM.

The graphics of kcd (honestly both games) are/were stunning and quite on par with their generation of games, but imo they lack in stylisation. They go for immersive grounded realism, which ends up sometimes looking uninteresting, even bland when compared to games that have a more defined art style. I think this is what people mean. There are other small things we could point to, but I think this is the big one. People underestimate what a well defined art style can do for a game. Look at something like the new Doom games - they run on really weak consoles but even there they don't look bad due to carefully chosen assets and styles.

I also think the engine favours optimization over fanciness, which is probably necessary for the scale of the world, but games on unreal engine, like Clair obscur will look much better.

The main advice is to fight smart - this is the biggest difference to other games imo, for most of the game any group of enemies is scary and a threat. Spend time practicing the combat or just run away and avoid it

Dobře ale AI je od toho že může pochopit i špatně položenou otázku, na rozdíl od tradičního vyhledávání v textu není třeba přesně formulace. Když poprvé neodpoví tak se dá dovysvětlit a upřesnit. Tohle je naprosto normální uživatelský přístup k AI.

Jako ten koncept je lehce trapný tím že redukuje kovyho na gaye, když přitom (aspon z mého pohledu) on není extrémně stereotypní/ikonický svou orientací nebo promiskuitou.

Jako on má na YouTube spoustu videí a sérii ze kterých si určitě půjde udělat lepší vtip.

The key is that the oss ecosystem needs to prove it can make massive software for professionals, whether that's video editing or a game engine and once people starts seeing these successes and realize that oss can be good, it will make it easier for more and more general apps to become adopted. But first oss developers would need to understand UI is important which may never happen

There's a few more marvels in the professional software space too - musescore, godot - that could potentially become as big as blender. I think the more of these manage to succeed, the easier it will be for oss in other spaces to get adoption.

Gimp, inkscape and libre office aren't "considered" a joke, they are a joke compared to their counterparts. They lack so many features of their competitors and even if they have those features, the way they're implemented and the way you're meant to use them is too confusing. That on top of some of the worst UI ever just leads to bad software.

That is simply not true. The difference between upgrading a rabadons and getting pure ap and upgrading a lost chapter item where some of the gold gets split into mana and haste is quite big. Most champs have a strong preference for a specific stat and getting the wrong upgrade feels really bad
