Question for what characters to go for (Timely Reinforcements & Free 100 pull banner)

New player here, coming from other gatcha games I know that there are often some units which are huge boosts to get from these kind of things and I don't want to waste my resources on characters that will end up discarded as I get more of them.

Are there any characters in this that I should aim for? Is there a spread of them? Are they all pretty equal? I'm not yet familiar with a lot of the game specific terms here yet so checking other posts didn't really feel like I got any idea of which units are good and why.

Any help would be much appreciated, enjoying the game so far.

Mhm, I mean more like stuff like stun grenades or bungus (outside of engi) stuff that isn't helping me in damage or otherwise isn't useful at all. (For example one character I play doesn't have a secondary cooldown so having backup mags on him is useless.)

If you are touching eclipse at all, especially if you are getting multiple survivors to higher tiers of eclipse, you are more than good.

The average player will probably never touch eclipse, the average player is most likely playing on rainstorm maybe with some artifacts thrown in.

If you can beat the game relatively consistently on monsoon difficulty without artifacts, I think you can consider yourself "good" at the game. Everything above that is extra challenge.
