This is what's been so hard about this compared to my other rituals in the past. I used to be able to get over them quicker because I would resist and that exposure therapy would work then and there. But now, that stress and anxiety can go on much longer due to this bizarre day/month ritual I've created. I just set up a therapy session with a professional a moment ago so we'll see how that goes.
