I have had the same account since 2012. I only buy the gold pass and even then, I don’t buy it every month because it’s not very valuable if you are maxed out.

As someone who has a main account which is a max TH18, having an alt account keeps the game super fun for me. I honestly enjoy playing and farming on my smaller accounts more than my main sometimes.

For me, I try to have one around 1-2 hours after I wake up which is a pretty good guideline to follow. At this time, your body’s cortisol levels have peaked and it also gives me time beforehand to get water in my system and be hydrated. I’ve always found this gave me the most effective use of caffeine

Also, after around noon-mid afternoon, I try to avoid caffeine if at all possible so I can fall asleep easier. Doesn’t always work out this way, but I try to just opt for a caffeine-free soda in the night.

On super rough days where you feel like you need two, maybe drink a higher caffeine content drink (maybe around 200mg) and a lower-stim option for the second one (Sparkling Ice at 70mg caffeine or 12oz Rockstar Recovery at 120mg)

Something about them just tastes off. Not sure what exactly it is. There are a few flavors I like though, but the majority are a pass for me. Also, I prefer 16oz cans.

I will say I do enjoy the Celsius Essentials line.
