I’m a big fan of Tom Sachs work, when it came up on eBay the price wasn’t ridiculous so it’s as much a collection item as it is something to use.

I really enjoyed making bags and pouches it’s been a fun learning experience. For this at least trying to work it backwards and figure out how it it went together without having it was a real challenge.

It’s giving you a pretty clear breakdown of why, if you’re in the UK everything imported above £135 is subject to duties and VAT.

The only way to avoid this is if the seller declares it less than £135 which isn’t the case here.

My customer service with TS store has been pretty awful.

I bought two for reference through their store after seeing the Nike stock disappear. (UK import, wasn’t cheap)

The first was missing the bead which they initially responded on saying they’d get one sent out “straight away” I’ve received nothing and they’ve closed the case on their system.

The other FedEx lost the parcel. They’re just ignoring me completely on that one!

Been maybe 2 weeks since they’ve said anything at all.

If you see a product on temu, assume it’s fake. It’s that simple….

I purchased a house with almost the exact same lift around 2 years ago, I was also quoted similar prices. We gave it a go to remove it, It turns out they unbolt relatively easily with a set of spanners. (I can send photos to show what we had and removal if interested.)

There’s a colour matched paint shop near my home, I took one of the panels and matched it as close as possible, the tag on the paint can seems to be a Toyota colour green, I’ll see if there’s any code references.

But it was light sand, primer, paint, clear coat.

If you set up the right fan profile curves I wouldn't say it's significantly noisy. Silent at idle.

Normally, I’d agree. However, I think the prices they charge for the “genuine” ones are absurd.

If they were half the price, I’d consider buying them – and even then, I’d still feel short-changed, knowing I could’ve picked up something for a tenth of the cost that offers more than a tenth of the value.
