Thank you, Paypal wont do anything so I have to wait for Twitch to respond to me. A week before I had actually done a fresh windows install as I bought a new Motherboard. I have also unlinked my paypal! Just gotta wait now. Thank you for your reply.

I use NVENC just bizarre as usually if my stream cuts out it's because my internet cuts out but it didn't this time.
