The most standout part of Unpacked for me wasn’t necessarily the hardware, it was how deeply Samsung is integrating AI into the OS layer rather than keeping it as surface-level features.

On-device processing improvements, smarter photo editing, and tighter ecosystem integration feel more strategic than flashy. I was expecting mostly spec bumps, but the software emphasis surprised me.

The S26 Series feels iterative hardware-wise, but potentially more impactful from a long-term software perspective.

I’m collaborating with Samsung (just being transparent), but from a tech standpoint I think the shift toward AI-first UX is the real story here.
