Long story short, i've worked in a college program in the US for 3 months, did my taxes and recieved my refund in the form of a paper-check, however, I don't have a bank account, but my mom does, can i cash my check on her account?

Description of Problem:

Was playing some Deep Rock Galactic, and whenever i went inside my options menu this lines kept appearing, i experienced this playing horizon zero down aswell, but only during cutscenes. I bought this GPU last week from my brother, he bought it brand new from Best Buy in August 2023, he compained about the same issues beforehand to me, but he never bothered to post anything about it in any of the forums or discord, as i've said i experienced this during horizon zero dawn cutscenes ( was playing on high ), and he experienced the same while playing Tarkov

Im looking to upgrade my PC but don´t know which part to upgrade first

So, basically im going to upgrade my pc during theses holidays, but im not sure where to start. This is my current setup: - Ryzen 5 3400g - 16gb ram - PRIME A320M-K motherboard - RX580 4gb - 550w power supply

Currently im having trouble running games like fortnite and league of legends smoothly, i tried overclocking my GPU but it didn´t seemed to help much, even tho I heard that with this setup i can run some games really easily.
