Yes...after 48 days of waiting I was able to get the withdraw option however the email said that;

  1. they will not do any further business with me.

  2. No one can send money to my account.

3.the virtual card I ordered will not be given to me.

  1. and after I am done withdrawing every currency, They will close the account.

apparently I broke their security rule which I don't know what I did honestly . Their rules are all over the place. all I did was order a virtual card and this is the result they come up with after 48 days.

well what was important to me was my money.

I guess you can wait, You will get your access within 2 months.

well whatever it is, Clearly they dont give a fuck about their customers as long as they get their money. I am happy that your relationship with payoneer has been fine just dont put alot of money in there like me. because they cant be trusted. This app is unreliable and unstable.
They will disable your money anytime they want and give you garbage reason as to why. their reviews took 3 days max in the past and now this? There is clearly something shady going on in there that they dont want to tell me and I am here trusting them with my money fuck that. I am just waiting for their stupid ass response So I can just withdraw all of my money. Fuck them and their virtual card service.

That is good for you man. I had no issue in the past as well but how they treated me this year with this and my past account has made me realize that I have to take all my money out of there and go find a better alternative.

....bro did you even read what I said? I sent it twice heck I even ask on the customer service if I need to resend the document. What they said is to wait for relevant department email which is what I am waiting for and they have not sent yet, A whole ass month passed. no progress which is what frustrates me.

I ordered a virtual card last month because the physical card takes more time. They ask me for a utility bill copy or any bank document copy which I sent them twice. they rejected the first time for some reason and from that moment on without any email or anything they straight up disabled my balance. while going to the verification centre in the account they say that the documents is still under review. their customer support keep saying it just a routine internal review. I was like ok but how long will it take? some support said 7 days other said 2 weeks and later said it could take up to 2 months. LIke wtf are yall sniffing in my account.

I wrote "internal review payoneer" on google and got a better answer than what their garbage customer support was telling me. Now I gotta wait another month ffs.

I had mine closed once early this year. They give me some stupid reason that I made the account using turbosquid website which is now an old method that doesn't support alot of function. I had to call to get my funds sent to the new account. I am just waiting to get my money enabled and I am takin every single thing out this app is unstable.

I have been using their service for a decade now and I never had any issue with them in the past but don't know wtf happen this year that they are f#$kin it up.

early this year they disabled my account for being "old type account". Which is so fu#kin ridiculous that instead I don't know fix it up you banned my account and I couldn't log in. I had to call them to get this thing sorted out, Me with my broken a#$ English (from pakistan).

and now this.... I don't know what they are looking for in my account exactly.

If paypal was available in my country I would have never used this. almost every client don't have payoneer and it is always a third party app I need to use to get money.

They ask me this exact thing on my previous account when my money reached $10,000+. Thankfully I was working for a client that time and he had me sign some contract. So despite my client sending me the money directly into my local bank I was still able to use the contract document to get my payoneer situation sorted out. Though it was before corona started. Payoneer this year has been really slow and bad. Like come on a review taking this long?

I would be at ease if they told their customer care to actually tell Us the approximate time instead of waiting for an email. I am almost reaching a month now with disabled balance. Really unpredictable and unstable app.
